Development Manger

N.A. Burza Realty Company is looking for experienced real estate managers. We’re looking for a dynamic recruiting manager to help us attract, recruit and hire a variety of real estate professionals for our office.

Responsibilities:

• Work with management to determine hiring needs and procedures
•Develop and / or revise training programs, materials and tools
• Serve as the first point of contact for all potential job candidates.
• Stay informed and up to date on all regulatory and legal guidelines on hiring practices, procedures, etc.

• Manage the real estate office by providing training and supervision to existing agents
• Help agents with their transactions

• Enforce the State Law and Code of Ethics compliance
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of previous management & recruiting experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current Illinois Real Estate Broker’s License
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to effectively work on multiple projects

Office Coordinator

N.A. Burza Realty Company is looking for an office coordinator to help drive marketing efforts to support our sales team. You will be responsible for all front desk and other administrative support duties. In this challenging position, you’ll manage a variety of tasks including but not limited to paperwork, filing, interaction with staff and management.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage office systems to drive long-term growth
• Work with management and support staff to execute tasks
• Answer all incoming calls from multi-line switchboard
• Transfer all calls, take messages as needed
• Assist all agents (on the phone and in-person) with basic office information
• Provide administrative support to our quality control team

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in the real estate industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to effectively work on multiple projects
